Mens bålene blev tændt på gaden og pannerne forskanskede sig i deres "skurvogne", opdagede jeg hvor meget jeg savner at flere bands fokuserer på energien i deres liveshows. Og energi var der i jeres show, der sprængte mine referancer, og bjergtog mig så jeg var opstemt og næsten et helt nyt mennekse, da jeg derefter gik direkte ud i en kampzone, som KBH ik har set megen de sidste mange år. Hi, I"m music Editor for SKUNK Magazine, and I wrote a small piece on your band on my blog. I thought you might want to see it. Here it is: Gotta love the music community. One of my buddies introduced me to Reynols a few days ago. They"re an Argentinian Psych band which features a lead singer who has Down"s Syndrome. Finding pix or info on them on the web has been a little difficult, but the few pictures that I"ve seen of them has them standing in front of a psyched-out picture of the singer, who kinda looks like Bubbles of Trailer Park Boys. The band hand-packages all of their stuff as well, so it would probably appeal to the record geek as well. Second is Causa Sui, a psych outfit from Denmark. Their feedback and delay drenched sound and spacey vocals kinda make me think of Hawkwind, with a much Acid Mothers Temple-type heavier sound, but much more accessible. Stoner and post rock leanings are present as well, making this some of the strongest stuff that I"ve heard in awhile. I can only imagine how insanse this must sound live, and would love to see these guys touring outside of Europe. Their webiste, http://www.causasui.com/ makes mention of a new album, but I haven"t heard anything yet. I"ll see if I could get a hold of one and post a review.
